Privacy Policy

How Crazy Frog AI handles your media and account information.

Your uploads

Choosing a photo or video creates a local browser preview. When you confirm generation, the selected media and prompt are sent to Pixstag to process the task. This website does not retain your original upload files. The video provider processes submissions under its own policies.

Account and task records

ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier and email address. We store credit transactions, generation task information, result links and order references to deliver the service. Media previews and saved prompt drafts stay in your browser; drafts exclude uploaded files.

Payments and hosting

Dodo Payments hosts checkout and processes payment details. This website does not store card details. The hosting and sign-in services process requests and necessary session information. Google Fonts may receive standard font requests. No advertising analytics have been added.

Requests

For account, billing or privacy requests, contact the merchant shown on your Dodo Payments receipt and include the relevant order or task reference. Do not send payment credentials.
