Request a wide continuous shot, and keep both people in view. Check whether the problem is in the original 16:9 file or only in your social app's crop. If a vertical crop causes it, place the complete wide clip inside a 9:16 canvas instead of zooming in around the lead.

For photo-based modes, use a standard image file and check the photo guide. For motion transfer or object swap, use an MP4 reference between 4 and 30 seconds and no larger than 5 MB. The server checks the movie duration and media-track timing. Re-export unusual MP4s with readable standard metadata if the duration cannot be verified.
